Our flaming passion for people’s personal growth forms the foundation for our Coaching offering.  Coaching is that unique, amazingly positive journey where we encourage our clients to be “fearless in the pursuit of being the best version of you” as recognized, experienced  leaders, who are willing to utilise unconventional approaches and creative ideas, coupled with the coaching processes, the understanding of and importance of understanding human behaviour,  emotional intelligence and the need for practical  tools we have developed for effective solutions in the form of powerful team and leadership workshops as well as one-on-one coaching for individuals.

 

Pathway 101, strives to leave a legacy of contributing to a better future for all. We believe we cannot start early enough developing our future leaders to be hugely successful, insanely happy and most importantly fulfilled.  Having worked with many individuals in our corporate careers, witnessing individuals with high intelligence and brilliant skillsets fail due to the lack of emotional intelligence, we formed a partnership with EQ4Kids South Africa, and developed an Emotional Intelligence offering for our future leaders and their parents. My background includes General Management, Audit, Sales, Marketing, Consultation, Supply Chain, Export Logistics.
I am an accomplished MD with a strong entrepreneurial drive.

I have a successful cross-category and geographic track record and noteworthy is that as the African Expansion Director of Danone and as Regional General Manager for Africa for both Kimberly Clark and Red Bull, is that I reversed negative trends in certain markets, entered new markets with new brands and increased growth momentum in existing markets, in line with strategy.
